The hotel was very average but the manager Lisa Black is a very rude lady. Personally i would not recommend this hotel because of the experience i had with the rude management. There are better and cheaper hotels down the road from Glan Aber hotel.

Celebration birthday surprise for hubby to stay at hotel for 3 nights with a few more surprises thrown in. Arrived 11ish on Monday and although check was not untill 3pm, the delightful young lady on reception had the room ready for 12.30 as weather wasn't too good to go out. Through out our 3 nights every thing was brilliant..If there...

If you like the OVERPOWERING smell of air freshener, welcome. If you weigh more than 9 stone, you will not be able to use the loo, nor the shower. The SINGLE bed was very comfortable. Spent a long weekend at Glan Aber which was a Christmas present from our son. Lovely walks in the area and really friendly and welcoming staff at the hotel. We both really enjoyed the lemon and lime zing which we had with our evening meal.

Went here on Sat night after not being here for a while, had a lovely meal and really good service, Lisa who l think is the manager has excellent customer service which seemed to brush off on the other staff members, order a sauce with my steak which was very bland, explained to the waitress who was very apologetic and...

Just visited the hotel as part of a Groupon offer, double room, continental breakfast and 2 course evening meal, £100 for us both! Initial impressions were not good, as the room had a few bulbs that needed replacing and reception would benefit from an air freshener, however the staff were lovely, Nothing was a problem. The food was great, especially...

We've stayed here twice now and both times have been really good. It's right on the 'main street' in Betws and great base from touring around North Wales. The menu has a good selection and the portion sizes are large!! I have each visit, promised myself pudding but after the first 2 courses there is just no room left!! The...

Breakfast was buffet style which suited us fine. Hotel clean and staff were welcoming and friendly. All was fine! Nothing to do with hotel but beware of wales out of season... nothing open!...
