Checked in hungry around 7:15 and asked about dinner. Was advised by the lady at reception that the next sitting would be at 8:30. Offered to book a table but was told there was no need. Went to room and came back down at 8:30. Hungrier. Inquired again about dinner. Gentleman checked with chef but the kitchen was closed. Bit...

Didn't stay at the hotel, but popped in for dinner. I had the gammon with eggs and chips and my other half had the lamb shank with rosemary jus, both meals were yum..but the lamb shank was amazing. Would definitely recommend this place for dinner and it was great value for money.

This review is for the bunk house. I can't speak for the hotel. Now I don't expect a great deal from £19 per night, but what I do expect is cleanliness. The sheets on the bed were filthy, covered in good knows what and long hair... I'm bald. I'm just glad I had a sleeping bag in the car. The...

The hotel was very average but the manager Lisa Black is a very rude lady. Personally i would not recommend this hotel because of the experience i had with the rude management. There are better and cheaper hotels down the road from Glan Aber hotel.

Celebration birthday surprise for hubby to stay at hotel for 3 nights with a few more surprises thrown in. Arrived 11ish on Monday and although check was not untill 3pm, the delightful young lady on reception had the room ready for 12.30 as weather wasn't too good to go out. Through out our 3 nights every thing was brilliant..If there...

If you like the OVERPOWERING smell of air freshener, welcome. If you weigh more than 9 stone, you will not be able to use the loo, nor the shower. The SINGLE bed was very comfortable. Checking in was a problem, having to listen the young lady rattle on, on her mobile not to mention employee disagreements - which later developed...

Spent a long weekend at Glan Aber which was a Christmas present from our son. Lovely walks in the area and really friendly and welcoming staff at the hotel. We both really enjoyed the lemon and lime zing which we had with our evening meal.

To Begin With It Was a tad of a hassle trying to book as the one of the receptionist didn't have a clue what she was doing but eventually got it sorted and it turned out to be a great little break. First Off Id Like to Say That Einir Was a delightful and one of the most friendliest people...
