We recently stayed at this hotel as part of our first trip with our 8 month old daughter. We did a considerable amount of research before choosing Bryn Eglwys, concerned about the logistics of staying in a hotel with a young baby, and what a great choice we made. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn't have been more...

Returned for another stay. Nothing had changed. Owner and staff extremely helpful and friendly. Food is of good quality and nicely presented. Bedrooms clean, tidy and provided with drink making facilities etc. Great base for walking, sightseeing, Welsh Highland Railway etc. Views from hotel are fantastic, change with the light everyday, something you never tire from. We will return.

Stayed here with 2 friends recently on a photography trip. Fantastic location, very friendly and efficient staff, good clean rooms, excellent food (dinner menu changed daily), freshly cooked. Good breakfasts, with comprehensive choices. Wi-fi was good everywhere. Kevin (owner) very considerate and even kept us updated when our Snowdon trip cancelled due to high winds). Will definitely visit again as...

I stayed here recently with two friends for four nights. The hotel is situated in a beautiful location. It stands on its own but is only a short walk to the village. Our rooms were clean and reasonably spacious. View from my room was spectacular. We were greeted by Kevin who made us feel most welcome. We ate each evening...

beautiful setting - clean and very comfortable - ideal for walking or relaxed couple of days - friendly welcome by owners and staff excellent - really good food with a limited choice but all the better for it - we used it as a base for the zip-line but would go back again for the hotel

Myself and partner had a lovely few days staying at this hotel. It was perfect for us and the host Kevin was helpful with his local knowledge. We would definitely use this hotel again. The location to the village was perfect, being just a short walk.

We recently stayed at Bryn Eglwys with friends. From the moment we arrived, we knew that we had made the right choice. The beautiful setting aside, the proprietors and staff were polite, friendly, professional and extremely efficient. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Toiletries and coffee/tea/biscuits were replenished daily. Breakfast and dinner were of great quality, with...

We stayed for two weeks in September 2016 experiencing good daytime weather. The young staff were both efficient, charming and welcoming serving some very tasty meals. The hotel location itself is perfect being on the edge of the village within a few minutes walk to the centre. Beddgelert is both a beautiful location in the mountains and a good place...

A lovely country hotel set in its own grounds having fantastic views, with ample parking and excellent wifi (both hard to find in this area). Room was of adequate size and very well equipped with lots of attention to detail. All the staff pleasant and very attentive especially in the restaurant, nothing was to much trouble

We stayed one night at Bryn Eglwys, and was pleased with our stay. We enjoyed some time on the patio, enjoying the peacefulness of the surroundings. It was only about a thirty minute drive to Mt. Snowdon where we took the train to the top for some breathtaking views!
