We were returning from Dublin to Holyhead by ferry/car and had missed our first ship so had to come back by a later ship. We booked the hotel only hours before and arrived to the hotel around 1am. There was the kindest lady waiting at the reception and gave us a warm and caring welcome on this very cold and... More

We stayed at the Cymyran Hotel for two nights, and enjoyed a really fabulous stay. The hotel is off the beaten track, so is away from traffic noise. Jets do fly throughout the day from RAF Valley which is close by, but these don't fly at the week-end and in no way spoiled our stay. We had an accessible room... More

After reading some of the reviews on here after booking this hotel I was a little worried. But after staying the night I had no reason to worry. The hotel was easy to find and I must admit it was a good surprise to be right opposite the RAF training base, I was a little disappointed it was weekend and... More

Upon arriving we had problems checking in as they could not find our reservation on the system. Even though we booked 6 weeks earlier ( due to an event happening locally) we were then told because of this they would upgrade us to a better room which we both thought was nice of them. Only to find this room was... More

I had low expectations from this place, but left feeling it was good value. We had booked a twin room, but on arrival the receptionist claimed we had booked a double. They quickly changed our room to a triple and it was more the sufficient. The food was ok, and despite being busy, it arrive quickly and wasn't expensive.

Visited here for 2 nights at the start of September. We found all the staff to be very friendly and extremely helpful and managed to sort out our problem of booking 2 double rooms when we wanted twins. We visited the restaurant both nights and the menu is very extensive and the food is fantastic. Waiting staff in the restaurant... More
