Excellent place, only stayed one night, but was greeted and served by polite enthusiastic staff in all departments. The young lady that was running the show on Friday night is a credit to your hotel and herself. Will be back!!

We regularly visit Conwy as local people, and, in fairness, have enjoyed many good meals and coffee in The Castle. However, since our last visit they have apparently changed their coffee system - to their detriment in our opinion! The cups are tiny, and although a nice drink, two mouthfuls each for nearly £5 is far far too expensive. Won't...

We are trialing a Nespresso coffee system, offering their full coffee range and yes, the serving sizes are what you get on the continent. However, our prices start at £1.50 rising to £1.90 for a latte - doesn't come to a fiver, unless you choose a couple of hand made chocolates on the side! Our son's coffee shop is just...

I have previously reviewed this hotel and gave it a great rating. This was my second stay and it was better than the first. I'd recommend this to anyone who wishes to explore Conwy and the surrounding area. The service was fantastic, breakfast delicious and the location stunning. Perfect

From the moment we arrived the service we received was excellent. The room was lovely. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was of high quality. Breakfast offered lots of choice & my hubby said the smoked haddock with cheese rosti was the best he had tasted!!!

We had lunch here after doing a lovely circular walk in the area. We sat in the courtyard as we had dogs with us. The menu is very varied, I had difficulty making a choice as everything sounded lovely. I had a crab and avocado starter which was lovely, my friend also ate this. The boys had very good hot...

Perfect location in the centre of the town. Rooms were clean and spacious. Slight problem of a misunderstanding over our booking was well compensated for by the actions and attitude of the staff and management correcting same. One of the best, freshest breakfast choices we have had for a long time. Thanks Will for going the extra mile for our...

Spent 4 nights in Conwy and ate here twice, once in the restaurant and once in the pub. Both have the same menu, and both the service and the food were great. Nice choice of Real Ales as well. Overall very good place for a nice dinner.
