First stay in Conwy. Having found the hotel and its narrow entrance car park we were greeted like royalty. The reception could not have been better. Rooms were very comfortable and warm but I would avoid one close to the stairs where creaking floor boards and well fed residents create a certain disturbance late at night. Reception always knew my...

We have eaten here many times and it's gets better all the time. Really good menu and great wine selection all offered by the glass which is very unusual. Very attentive staff , and the menu is very reasonably priced. Quality of the food is very very good.

We didn't stay at the hotel but called in for a meal. Was highly recommended by a friend and they weren't wrong ! The black pudding starter was superb, the best I've ever had in fact . I had the trio of sausage and that was great as well. Didn't have room for pudding but they looked yummy ! 4...

We stayed here for one night as I was running in the Conwy half marathon the following day. Staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and we really appreciated the little touches for our dog: a bed, treats, water bowl and poo bags! The beers were local which I always like to see. We ate in the...

Conwy. We had an excellent meal at The Castle Hotel yesterday. Gluten free Daura lager available and plenty choices on the menu which were GF. Even gf vegetarian, which was a bonus. Hand cut chips, also fish and chips all cooked in gf fryers. You would probably need to book at peak times. We went at lunchtime on Saturday and...

Wow! Brilliant lamb dinner at the Castle. The meat was perfect, the vegetables wide ranging, tasty and fresh and the helping was like Mum's for a 'growing boy'. 10/10 - a new North Wales favourite without question. Well done Castle!!

Tradition upper end hotel, all the facilities you would expect in the room, without the "corporate" feel of many hotels. The fine dining experience was indeed an experience, you've seen it on Master Chef and wondered about how it tastes and now you can find out for quite a modest cost - and I am confident you will not be...

Cozy large room, bed and bath. Staff so helpful and friendly. Stayed 2 nights on trip through GB and so glad we did. Convenient location within walking distance of everything there is to see in Conwy and short drive to Snowdon National Park and many other attractions. Great made to order breakfast.

We stayed here during a visit while on a tour of England and Wales. The rooms are spacious and even had a sofa and comfortable chairs. The hotel room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We ate in the dining room downstairs for dinner and two breakfasts. The food was deliciously prepared. We had a view of the...

Stayed for just one night a few weeks ago and it was superb. We arrived in the middle of Conwy Food Festival which meant the town was a hive of activity and parking was tricky, the hotel explained that the temporary festival road block would be lifted for us to park safety in their carpark, which was very handy. The...
