Double room was good and the kitchen is great. They also have a restaurant. Fantastic views! Just mind that the hostel is a bit up on the hill so you might consider taking a taxi if there is much luggage to be carried.

Very good stay, we have been coming for years, and come away pleased every year. Our needs are always accommodated, which can sometimes be difficult to meet with so many students! A very clean friendly environment with a great range of food on the menu.

The hostel is in a great location with fab views from the dining room over the Conwy estuary one way and in to the mountains the other. A good size self-catering kitchen which is well equipped. The four bedded room I was in had the luxury of ensuite shower and loo. The power show was impressive. The staff are friendly...

Spent an excellent evening and slept peacefully here at the Yha. Wonderful breakfast with stunning views brought the sunny morning into focus, highly recommended especially as the cost was so reasonable. I would stay here again.

A good hostal, clean and with good facilities. It is a little far from the centre but you have a nice view, specially in the terrace they have on the top floor. The breakfast is a tipical hostal breakfast and they charge you GPB 5.75. Hostal Recomended

This Youth Hostel is on the edge of the walled town of Conwy, itself a beautiful place to explore. From the dining room there are fab views of the Conwy Estuary in one direction and Snowdonia in the other - it's even better from the observatory lounge on the top of the building. The staff are really friendly and helpful,...

I travel extensively and in the last two years have probably stayed at over 60 different places in Europe, including 30+ in the UK and Ireland. This was unreservedly my worst experience in many years. I've stayed at youth hostels before, although in private rooms. I had originally booked a b&b in Bangor but after reading the glowing reviews of...

Dear Trisha, I am really sorry to read that your recent stay at YHA Conwy was not up to your expectations. Understandably, our hostel gets extremely busy with families during half term school holidays. As there is high demand during the busiest part of the autumn season, the slightly higher than expected price reflects this. We always try to do...
