Stayed a week over the Easter holiday in a chalet on the park, the park itself is fine, very clean and peacefull. The clubhouse is really good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was nice but a bit pricey. The park itself is a short drive from Caernarfon where you can get most things you need. The...

Thank you for taking the time to review. Also for your kind words. It may be a good idea to speak to the person you booked the chalet with and discuss any concerns you have with them direct.

Advertised as a peaceful setting, it is, until the tree cutters turn up at 0830hrs each morning. Constant electric sawing until late afternoon spoils any idea of studying or writing. Haven't seen the reception desk open at all this week and the launderette is closed 'Because they haven't turned the water on yet'.

In response to your review, for the record,: The ground staff start at 8.30 but tree cutting doesn't start at 8.30. There is on-going maintenance and also a new development underway. The reception desk is open daily ( 7 days ) from 9-5 and is even when the park is closed ! The laundrette opens this week and does the...

We went as a family in New year weekend. It was really nice even in the cold so I bet its gorgeous in warmer weather. In the day we went for walks but there wasn't much to do in the evening as owners have closed the club in off peak times which is a big shame as it would if...

The Glan Gwna Country park on first sight appears to be a very nice woodland based, river lowing holiday park. But upon closer inspection its a bit ragged and run down. The rubbish area is filthy and should be hidden via fencing. The on site club is very rarely open and was shut this year in the middle of november....

This is a lovely site but do wish they would encourage the insect & bee population. The constant use of noisy grass Strimmers was continuous the 3 days we were there & the fumes started off a chest problem I suffer from. Sure there are areas that could be left for the grass & wild flowers to grow & allow...

Thank you for the review As you appreciate, being a country holiday park, there is an abundance of wildlife, but along with that brings plenty of upkeep, with some 120+ acres of ground to maintain. I'm sure that you'll understand that this can not be maintained in a day and so throughout the summer season the ground staff are kept...

Ideal place to stay to explore this beautiful part of Wales, Plenty of scenic routes plus all the lakes etc. The park has a heated swimming pool, take away food and a club house. All you need for your holiday is here,I will definitely be back.
