Stayed two nights, family room had two camp beds for the children, the mattresses on them were very hard and uncomfortable which meant two bad nights sleep for them and us. The room was not clean, the carpet had not been cleaned, there was a lot of dust and even human hair on the back ledge of the double bed....

Really friendly staff who came and changed the sheets straight away after we asked, that were still slightly grubby on arrival. Location is fantastic as easy walking into Caernarfon and great places to eat. Could have done with a vacuum, but otherwise you really can't complain for the great price.

Both the Travelodge and Premier Inn are very close together at Caernarfon, I chose the Travelodge as I was going to bring my dog, in the end I didn't. It is slightly less expensive than the Premier and I would definitely stay there again. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable, I also like the late...

I would never stay at a travel lodge again, we paid for 2 night's, and its not worth it, you have to pay for car parking, WIFI, and breakfast, after arriving we walk round the town and found nice B+B with breakfast and parking and WIFI, for only £70 for a double, and they let us walk round the property...

Many thanks for your feedback. Unlike some of our competitors, we charge a small WiFi fee instead of adding this onto our room rates. This gives our customers the choice on whether they would like to pay extra for this service. Not all of our hotels have an onsite carpark and this is mentioned on our website at the time...

I stayed as part of a group on a moped tour! Staff were very helpful and allowed us to park them by the building as the public car park was some distance away and less secure. Rooms clean as was the rest of the building. No overnight noise as this is a quiet part of a regenerated area.

Clean, secure and in a nice area within walking distance to castle, town and supermarkets. No parking but for £5 there is a wide public car park nearby, this is away from town so seemed safe enough. You can get to the hotel via a black pedestrian gate. Family room had a double bed and 2 singles for the kids...

Visited as a family stopping overnight whilst touring north Wales...room was set up as expected for a travel lodge and main room was clean and tidy...the bathroom unfortunately wasn't as clean...dirt stains on corner of the bath and on the wall tiles surrounding the bath...the shower curtain was also very smelly....staff were attentive and kind and approachable..just a shame about...
