We stayed here on a visit to Bangor University with my daughter. We had a family room on the ground floor. We were slightly concerned about potential noise from the bar but our worries proved unfounded as it was nice and quiet. The room itself was small but comfortable, and the bathroom was good and clean. There's a cosy bar...

Room warm and comfortable, plentiful hot water. Okay for one night. Staff all very pleasant. £75 for a Sat night inc breakfast not too bad especially as my beloved dog stayed for free. Next door to the Tap and Spile pub which is a bonus if you like a traditional pub (to go with your traditional hotel). Breakfast was well...

This is one of the nicest most friendliest of hotels that I have stayed in for a while. The staff were amazing, very good value for money, views to die for. I have booked to go back with my husband in October.

We had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. The service from Sam (I think that was her name) was brilliant from the moment we arrived and the food in the restaurant at dinner was good. Of course what makes this hotel particularly special is the view! We were up at the top of the hotel but the stairs...

Arrived roughly between 3 - 4pm as expected as we were travelling from Aberystwyth. Luckily found a space to park the car. Had a brief look across the road at the Bangor Pier hadn't seen it before. The Menai Straits was full of water. Went up the steps to the reception to book in. The hotel was very busy with...

One side of the bed was comfy, the other not so much. The decor isn't the most modern, but it was clean, warm, and had a lovely view. Service was great, Lady behind the desk very pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was OK, it was included in the price so I can't complain too much.

Spent Saturday night in double room with view. Top floor. Room functional and clean. Shower poor. Service good and were well looked after. Breakfast ok. Would return but hopefully to a larger room and a shower that worked!
