A recent business stay that was made more pleasurable by pleasant staff, a great location and a peaceful nights sleep. Lovely views over the Country Cricket ground and the cathedral and only a couple of minutes walk to the town centre where there is plenty of pubs, restaurants

A good location, fairly new, decent bar which is unusual. Bed good as always, service not great, hate auto booking (I have not met anyone yet that understand it or needs help). Debating it with me isnt welcome, I had to wait a fair tome to book in as 3 people in front of me were

Wonderful hotel and staff. If one could park 4 cars in my room the cost of parking my car overnight represented almost 50% of my room cost. Tell me that's right, two foot thick of tar mac complete with dogs waste must be more expensive than building and running a hotel.

The hotel is close to the city centre. The car park is a public one, so one has to pay. Checking in was done quite easily, rooms are clean and of a reasonable size. Breakfast hat a good choice of both continental and cooked breakfast. Staff is very friendly and provides a

Can anyone give me the name of street with free disabled bays please
I’m sure there were free disabled bays in the car park. The next nearest ones would be quite a way away (at least half a mile) so would be inconvenient if you had a wheelchair or had limited mobility.

I don’t work for the PI but. There are a couple of spaces, and I literally mean a couple that are reserved for PI guests however afaik they don’t reserve them. Best bet is to get there early but you might find the hotel is booked out. If all else fails there is a NCP car park in the Center and that’s a 15 min walk :)

are there any family rooms with views of the cricket fround?
Hi Anne Marie Thanks for your query. There is and you're welcome to make a request once you've made a booking, you can call the hotel on 0333 321 9327 (option # for Reception). They'll make a note of your request and whilst it can't be guaranteed, they'll certainly try their best to arrange this for you! Hope this helps. Regards Amy Premier Inn Team
