This is an unusual and remarkable place. It contains many wonderful period features including some exceptional mediaeval gargoyles from Evesham Abbey. The welcome from Jill and John was very warm. The room was fine (except for a few ladybirds) and the breakfast excellent. The stay was completed with a guided tour of the grounds by John who is a farmer...

The owners, John and Jill Phipps, made us feel very welcome. We felt as if we were staying with old family friends. We are all three innkeepers in Texas and always learn something new to take back home...
