Why can’t a hotel like the Lygon arms just get it right there are loads of staff walking all over the hotel jeans jackets brown shoes looking as if they are busy doing nothing instead of looking after the guests the service is so bad...More
The Lygon was by far the best hotel we stayed in in our 2 weeks in the UK! The service, the room, the food, the staff...all wonderful.

I visited the Lygon Arms for a two day work meeting with overnight stay.
Arrived to valet parking and suitcase taken, easy check in process, room not available (which is fine as it was 10am!)
