We came for a light lunch here after walking to the Tower. We sat in the sitting room, which was very cosy and comfortable. The bar menu is extensive and the food was very nice, although the croque madame was probably the most basic cheese and ham toasty I have eaten. Staff were attentive and polite. I would definitely come...

The room was fine (nothing great) and we enjoyed our stay in Broadway, the nearby Food of India restaurant was a revelation and the walk up the hill on the Cotswold's way was outstanding. Unfortunately we found the bar area in the hotel unappealing due to the excessive smoke from the fire and the general ambiance in there wasn't great...

Thank you for you review. I am happy you enjoyed your stay in Broadway, but a little disappointed that you felt the room wasn't great, and that you didn’t enjoy the ambience of the bar. Our rooms have all been recently refurbished and The Jockeys Bar is a busy bar which is loved by both our hotel guests and locals...

My husband and I recently spent four nights at the Broadway Hotel. It was an excellent jumping off place for exploring the Cotswalds, but independent of that, it was a charming place to hang out for a few days. One attraction was the simply lovely garden at the rear of the hotel where we could retreat to read and bird-watch....

I am delighted to hear how much you enjoyed your Cotswold break, and thank you for your kind comments about our Broadway Hotel. We have a great mixture of contemporary and traditional features in the hotel, and a lovely garden as noted. I look forward to welcoming you back to the hotel in the near future. Many thanks, Richard

I have now tried The Broadway Hotel twice and I forgot to give it an honest review last time but as I was passing again I decided to give it another shot so I am incorporating two meals/visits into one review. Having now had two meals this establishment, all I can say is AVOID; AVOID; AVOID. If the management reads...

It always makes me sad to receive TripAdvisor comments like this as we always strive to give the best overall customer experience we can in our bar and restaurant. Our kitchen team have recently been awarded a second rosette for the quality of food served so I am surprised to hear that we didn't meet your expectations on not one,...

What a treat to visit this lovely little sumptuous hotel. I particularly appreciated the staff, they had the best attitude. Faultless room, so comfortable and thoughtfully designed, quiet and relaxing which was very welcome after a very stressful few weeks. Food in the restaurant (and the service! did I mention the service?!) was wonderful - cannot wait to visit again.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of the village. Seating outside attracts people to come in for a drink or a bite to eat. Rooms are large and well-decorated (there is a horse theme here). The biggest issue is that there is no buffer between the bar area and the where the guest rooms are, so the noise travels and...

Thank you for your review. Broadway village is a stunning village and we are lucky to have such a great location right on the green. We do have a busy local bar especially on weekends and although it is not often that the rooms are affected by the noise, I am sorry that it did on this occasion. With regards...

We loved our stay at the Broadway Hotel. Although our room was small, we enjoyed the peaceful silence overlooking the backyard court. The breakfast included was a selection of fruits, pastries, yogurts, cereals and also included your choice from a hot breakfast menu. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We totally enjoyed our Broadway experience.

Stayed for one night recently. The staff were incredibly efficient and friendly, even dealing with queries and requests before we arrived. Nothing seemed too much for them. The room was well decorated and furnished, and the bathroom was well stocked with goodies. We only had breakfast in the beautiful restaurant but it was superb, with a made to order cooked...

Lovely hotel in the middle of Broadway, perfect location. We had a room at the back of the hotel, very quiet with a pleasant view. Free parking. Great base for exploring the Cotswolds. We visited the hotel's brasserie for dinner on the evening of the 13th May. The food was really excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend it!
