Stayed here for a week in April due to a training course... nice place and the staff are lovely as is the food .....but please note this is a pub and the rooms on the 1st floor are over a very noisy bar. The pub have live bands playing in the bar so if you need an early night. ...forget...

So close to city centre! Very quaint and old looking from outside, but rooms beautifully decorated, and so clean! Staff friendly, from welcome through to restaurant service! Dined in restaurant and was pleasantly pleased as hotel guests we had a 25% discount on food, that was not just us two who were staying but our son and his partners food...

I booked this hotel to spend one night in Salisbury with my family. The position appeared to be good because very close to the city centre. No advice was given about the noisy activity ongoing in the pub below my room at the time of the reservation. When I entered the room I found a pocket with ear plugs near...

I loved this place the decor of the bar downstairs was very tasteful and the room was lovely. It was on the main street but we couldn't hear a sound from outside. It had everything you need in a hotel room and a fab shower. The only negatives were the painting not finished in the bathroom and a massive crack...

Pleasant place to stay in Salisbury, the building is rather dated but the friendly staff make up for this. We were on the top floor and because their is no lift this could be problematical for some. Also excellent food served

Stayed for one night during the week, as planned to embark on the Avon Valley Footpath the following day. A friendly welcome, our room was small, but clean. Perfectly acceptable for our needs, location being the main one. Did not sample the food and breakfast was not included in the room rate so cannot comment on that either.

- Staff was friendly and the location of the hotel is good as it is really very near to the city centre. - Room was very small and dirty. Especially the bathroom and floor - Bed was uncomfortable and need to be changed. Bed sheet needs thorough cleaning. - Walk through a PUB with people drinking and smoking before you...

My husband and i were looking for somewhere to stay that was close to Salisbury centre and also near to the venue of a family party we were attending that evening. We settled on the Qudos Hotel in Castle Street. From the moment we walked in the staff were really friendly and told us where we could park which was...

Excellent wee hotel to stop at. Stayed for one night and was treated very well. The staff attitude was exceptionally pleasant, as was the decor. Really well equipped room and hotel in general. The bar downstairs seemed lively and the restaurant a nice place to eat (although I didn't actually dine here)

Our rooms have recently been refurbished, boasting all of the modern amenities one would expect, whilst having the relaxed feel that one desires. Parking is extremely limited on site, however there is on street parking directly adjacent on Scots lane and the central car park is a 2 minute stroll, with free parking overnight between the hours of 6 pm and 8am, and daily parking from £7.40. We are able to offer pre-booked parking at a cost of £5 per car.
