Utterly brilliant service by the team on nights could not ask for better in a 5 star hotel. The one main thing to stand out was the young man named luke. Not only did he go the extra mile in helping with the suitcases but he didn't mind just getting to know us and being fully attentive to the needs...

A great location, just a couple of miles from Salisbury and a very short drive to the park and ride site should you wish to travel into Salisbury by bus. The rooms are very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. A taxi into Salisbury at night cost us £7:50 each way. Table table pub and restaurant next door serves...

Just checked in to find black mould and stains (see photos). Disgusting at any price. Certainly not expected when paying over £80/night. The rest of the room is fine; standard Premiere Inn layout and amenities (with the exception of air conditioning which this establishment doesn't have). Thankfully we're just going to use the room to sleep and then leave. Not...

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at our Salisbury North Bishopdown Hotel. It's disappointing to hear that your room had mould and stains when you arrived. Any cleanliness issues should be picked up by the housekeeping team in rooms before guests check into their room. I can assure you that we have passed on...

Another great stay at a Premier Inn, we must be lucky, as we have never really had a a bad stay at any of these, and we have been to a few now! Just one night this time, but as ever, spacious room, loads of towels, hairdryer, Tea/Coffee etc in fact ,all the usual facilities. Room wasn't in main block,...

We've stayed in the Salisbury Premier Inn several times, but this was the first time in the new block at the back which didn't disappoint. We were given two interconnecting rooms for my husband, myself and our two teenage daughters. This was perfect as they could be independent in their own room, but could come into our room if necessary....

Hotel is good, ample parking and separate building block nice and quiet. TableTable next door wasn't brilliant but more lacking in customer service than bad food...if it was a school test, we'd be writing in red pen, Must Try Harder!

Although the Premier Inn we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, our room was right above the entrance/exit doorway so from about 7am on Sunday morning I was continually awoken by the sound of doors slamming. Not good before a long drive home to Cornwall. If you're given a room above or near the entrance doorway and are a...

Great location for visiting cathedral and Stonehenge. Free parking at hotel. Very comfy bed. Only complaint couldn't get the temperature down in the room. Food was your typical middle range pub grub. Breakfast all you can eat .
