Great price for a couple overnight midweek. Basic but clean with brand new ensuite in our room. We would definitely use again. About a 15 minute walk from the town centre in a fairly industrial area but quiet and perfectly alright for a flying visit.

You get what you pay for as the saying goes. So the building had a smell of cigarette smoke all the time all the way through the whole building it was very basic the man that greeted us wasn't very inviting and quite miserable. The room we ad was up 3 flights of stairs top floor the room it's self...

Booked this hotel last minute for one night. Only cost us £59 so we weren't expecting much. Room was basic but clean and tidy, bed was comfy enough. Hotel was central and only a short walk away from city centre. Only complaint really was that the hotel had a funny smell but for the price we paid can't really complain.

I checked into this hotel today and it was appalling. I was in my works uniform and didn't want to create a scene and misrepresent the company I work for, however, the building reeked of smoke, so much so, my uniform stank of it within minutes of being inside. My room smelt like a teenage boy. The facilities were poor...

I initially thought- alright for the money. It wasn't bad, just a bit dated. When I got in to bed I realised that my sheets weren't clean. They smelt quite strongly of someone else's face. It was a proper musky bloke smell 😷 I can cope with a dated and budget, but clean sheets are a must!

We arrived here Saturday night last week, my boyfriend booked this last minute and so I had no idea what to expect. Hotel doesn't look greatly appealing from the outside, and there was a guy stood on the corner of the building who looked stoned off his face on drugs... Rang the doorbell to be 'greeted' by the most miserable,...

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful and breakfast was only £3 each. It is ideally place for the Royal Armouries and Leeds Dock and in easy walking distance even for me with the aide of my two sticks. We used taxis to and from the city centre as this was a bit far for me but they only...

I booked this hotel in a rush as I needed a place to stay near a venue I was visiting. Hiow I wish I'd read reviews. On entering our room, I noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke although there's no smoklng signs everywhere. I opened the windows but the smell appeared to be on everything from the walls to...

Booked the room as we were going to a gig in Leeds, good price based on others for same dates so didn't expect much. Presently surprised by the quality of the room. Nice friendly guy in reception. Breakfast was extra bit only £3 which was well worth it. Definitely would recommend the hotel and already booked again!!

A friend and I stayed for two nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great and it was very close to the city centre. Would highly recommend!
