The hotel room was a bit tired and worn. A hole in the curtains and the shower making a strange noise and leaking water every ten minutes. Whilst getting ready to go out, these issues were not a problem. But trying to sleep with that noise was really hard. The hole in the curtain wasn't inconvenient really, it just looked...

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting Leeds, hotel is 10 minutes to the main shopping area or around £3/ £4 in a taxi (same price to Leeds first direct arena). The hotel has charging ports for all models of phone at a small charge incase you forget your charger & sells other things like toiletries and other handy necessities. Although...

The room was disappointing. Chewing gum on the carpet, torn pillow and mucky walls. However, only £39 for the night so you get what you pay for. Breakfast was wonderful, cooked to perfection and wide range to choose from. Staff were great just need to invest in the rooms. I would go back here if I was on a budget.

My husband and I arrived late at night having telephoned ahead to inform the hotel of we were stuck in traffic. We arrived around midnight and went straight to the room. Visually it was fine, it was only when we went to bed and were woken by a very loud bang and a gushing of water, then a pouring of...

I stayed at Hotel Ibis Leeds Centre for 15 nights recently on a research visit to the University of Leeds, and was very satisfied overall with my stay. I was in a room with one double bed. Some comments: - Location: Convenient access to the city centre (10 minute walk), train station (15 minute walk) and University of Leeds (15...

Had a pleasant comfortable two night visit to the ibis. Breakfast was very good , however turn over when replenishing hot breakfast was rather slow. Only 1 criticism one that has previously been experienced. Why provide hairdryers & a mirror but never the twain shall meet!!!! Unable to see self in mirror when doing hair!! However managed to borrow an...

Spent 2 nights at the Hotel. I have 3 impressions: (1) The room is clean, (2) internet is (very) fast and (3) staffs are friendly and helpful. It takes 15-20 minutes walk to the city center. But you can use taxi. The hotel taxi is relatively cheap, the Hotel uses the service of Amber Cars (one of the biggest taxi...

Stayed at the hotel, was really happy, the hotel was in a good location. The hotel staff were so helpful, room was really good, good amount of space, the breakfast was cooked freshly and over all I'd recommend it for a city stay.

We arrived for St Patrick's weekend so expected it to be busy. The staff were all really friendly and happy to give advice about places to go and see in Leeds. We ate our evening meal and had a few drinks in the bar. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. Room was small but clean. We had a couple of...
