The Three Horseshoes is about 1 mile away and has parking. Good value pub food. Reading your question it seems you will have a car but don't wish to drive into Leeds centre - can't say I blame you as parking is pretty pricey. There is a bus service which pases the hotel and takes you in to the centre and if you check out First Bus website it gives details of times etc. I'm also sure that a quick call to the hotel and they would be happy to give more detail.
