The location for a night out on Leeds is perfect and the fabric of the building is lovely..... That's all that's good tho. Shabby interior odd little foreign chappie checked us in and whilst polite didn't exactly welcome us. Found our room which was adequate, bed was cheap and felt it, no heating on but the room was stifling hot,...

Myself and my husband had a night out in Leeds over the weekend and wanted somewhere cheap and cheerful to stay when we returned from our night out. When I say cheap I didn't exactly mean as cheap as the Kingston hotel! What an absolute disgrace to be called a 3 star hotel. The whole place looked grubby, old and...

We were booked into this hotel as part of a Christmas gift from our children. When we arrived, another couple were stood at the door, trying to get in. They had rung the doorbell and were in the process of ringing the number on the notice on the door. The guy eventually arrived and let us in. We booked in...

My son and I came to stay for a night. We were in Leeds for a concert at the O2 academy. The hotel was handy for walking to the concert and into the city centre for shopping. We managed to park at the front of the hotel (although there are limited spaces). The staff were helpful and friendly, the room...

I have never written a review about any hotel I've ever stayed in, but this was such a horrendous stay that I wouldn't want anyone else to have to deal with this vile hotel. My boyfriend booked for us to go to Leeds on a city break for my birthday and we were both really excited. Although the Kingston didn't...

Hi, We are all victims of circumstance especially of things that are unexpected. Well I called and booked in last minute to Kingston hotel. I was surprised at the convenient location which helped me out immensely. I had to stay close to the city centre and thought I would be hard pressed to find anything so close. So I called...

This is my second time staying in this hotel, the hotel has got a really good vibe to it! The staff has been very nice like my previous visit! Unfortunately this time i had to wait 10 min before i could enter my room apart from that the service was nearly perfect! Still recommend tgis hotel for his proximity from...

Arrived and given room 6, which was so dirty. There was what looked like sick behind the door up the wall, it smelt damp and generally unclean. He then moved us to room 16 upstairs, the whole place smells so fusty, and generally feels unclean. The bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Floor needed hoovering, dust everywhere, really noisy...

We stayed in a double room for one night. The hotel itself is easy to find (right across from the University of Leeds) and has parking for about 5 cars. An easy ten minute walk from the First Direct Arena and city centre, so location is a big plus. The staff seem friendly enough, even gave us a 'snack box'...
