The Hotel concept is quite old (boutique ???),room was big ,excellent bed but really cold bathroom ,it was freezing cold outside and i need a more warmer atmosphere when i'm in my room ! Lovely breakfast but 15 minutes to get a coffee and 15 minutes more for the rest, too much, arrived at 10 and get my whole breakfast at 10:40.

I booked in as it looked lovely and it was in the heart of the canal area. I was given a street-side room on the corner, as a supposed delux room. It wasn't amazing or particularly boutique, but it was double aspect and the bed was big and comfy. There is no parking, so you either have to fork out...

This hotel was perfect for a couples weekend break in Leeds. We were offered a glass of wine to welcome us to the hotel which set things off on the right tone. The room was room was clean, comfortable, stylish and full of character. We had a faultless stay.

We hadn't stayed at 42 for a long time , it was always a special hotel to us. We were kecen to see if it was still special. As 'check in' is 4pm, we requested an earlier time in order to get ready for our evening . 8 We were due at the Opera at 7pm and wanted afternoon tea...

Very nice quirky boutique hotel. Lovely rooms, huge baths, nice white company toiletries Very nice staff on reception One thing, for breakfast if I just want a slice of toast or bowl of porridge, I don't want to pay for a full continental or English breakfast £15 if I just want a boiled egg and soldiers. I would prefer the...

This Hotel is amazing, I don't know where to even start! We had a superb breakfast of delicious continental and then full English breakfast with proper crispy bacon and two of TWELVE seasonal sausages! The room was nice temperature and we were given bath robes and delicious fudge. What is more is that there were no disturbances in the night,...

Took the shoppers package which gave room, breakfast, bottle of prosecco, 3 bottles of beer and £60 of selectable shopping vouchers for £171. We were upgraded on arrival so all started well however if you expect to arrive before check in time (4pm) and receive your shopping vouchers you will be disappointed. Vouchers on check in only. No staff are...

The food in 44 The Calls was amazing, there was loads of choice with various meat & vegetarian dishes. Atmosphere & decor were great and service was top drawer too- we will definitely go back to 44 The Calls!

On the positive side this hotel was reasonably priced and is very central to shopping however there are quite a number of negatives from our one night trip. We were in a deluxe room (209) which fronted the hotel which was very noisy from traffic and passing drunk groups (although this is not the hotels fault). There was a lam...
