We stayed here for one night on a special deal which included fruit, chocolates and sparking wine. The situation is brilliantly central to the city and the concierge car parking was useful. Our room was at the front and spacious overlooking the Edward 111 statue. Large and comfortable bed with a good shower and general facilities in this traditional hotel...

We have just returned from 1 nights stay, first impressions were this is a well situated Hotel right in the centre of Leeds . We pulled up outside and reported to concierge who very efficiently took our bags to our room even though the room wasnt ready and then took our car keys to park the car in their underground...

My friend & I shared a twin room last night, a Saturday night. The hotel is lovely and our room was very spacious and contained everything we needed for one night. The two single beds were a good size and very comfortable. I am a really fussy sleeper so usually struggle to sleep well in hotel rooms but the bed...

Whilst not stayed in a hotel room, had drinks in the salubrious bar which oozes class. Plenty of seating, good range of drinks, reasonably priced for a hotel and all without the hustle & bustle of a city centre bar. If you want a quiet drink but want quality, this is the place for you.

“Housekeeping is something you would expect in all hotels. Whilst they do perform a valuable service to your room, long-term visitors may get frustrated by those that move certain items from where you placed, such as putting the bin by the desk rather then its original location by the TV, for example. In addition, they do like to invade between that precious period between you having breakfast and then going back up to grab your things before heading off. Whilst experienced hotel users may put the reversible sign back in until you do leave, you're best off leaving it on the 'Do Not Disturb' to avoid confusion, then changing for housekeeping when you do leave. Despite the housekeeping issues, this is excellent.”
