We had a very nice couple of days in this lovely hotel ! Very well situated for shops and restaurants and local sights !! High standard of cleanliness and a very comfortable room . The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble...More

A great two day stay. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are all first rate. The hotel is central, clean and well maintained. The breakfast is well cooked, great choices. Well recommended five stars.

Nice room bit stuffy with heating on and bloody cold without. Room done to very high standard same with bathroom recent ish been refit. Ice machine on corridor didn’t work unfortunately. Breakfast room busy but very warm uncomfortabley really Didn’t think much breakfast vas ok...More

Yes the hotel is dated but it's Art Deco and that's the charm. If you want an ultra modern hotel with new furniture everywhere this isn't the place. It's got historic glamour and is a beautiful building. By far the best aspect are the staff....More

Hi to you....sorry about the late reply.. The upgrade wasn't really any different than the other room. There was upgraded tea and coffee and that was about it. best wishes julie

Morning This would be £50 for Double occupancy in a standard room, £70 in a King Junior on the QClub floor or £110 into the suite. Kind regards Wayne Topley General Manager
