We stayed here for one night while visiting Leeds. The hotel location is good as it's across the road from the Train Station and within walking distance to all local shops and attractions. The rooms are in need of refurbishing they are scruffy the decor is dated and the floor boards are very creaky. However the room was clean, the... More

My 1st visit to Leeds with a good friend who knows her way around the city. As it was an overnight stay for retail therapy all we needed was a clean warm room. Really well situated, near to the station and amenities. The reception staff really welcoming and helpful. Arrived early morning and we were able to leave our cases... More

It's what it is. And what it is is a budget hotel. No frills. OK for a short stay. Very handy for the station - just across the road. My room was at the back of the hotel. I had an undisturbed two night stay - apart from some silly woman who tried to get into my room in the... More

The only good thing about this place is that it's close to train station, other then that it's not worth it, the place was really dusty light in our room kept flickering, and toilets were the worse I've ever seen there was black mould all over the ceiling and wall tiles, it's avoid at any cost hotel

2nd time of staying here and I will definately be back. The staff are very helpful and polite. The guy at the desk who was working in the morning booked us a taxi which was cheaper than using the ones at the train station. The room was spacious and clean but was a little noisey due to being near the train station,so... More

The room was so dusty. I could write my name in the dust on the lampshades. The bathroom had black mould on the ceiling and all around the shower. The toilet didn't flush properly. I took pillow cases off and the pillows were absolutely vile. Old blood stains, hadn't been washed for weeks. The curtains had what looked like blood... More
