Thank you for your review, I am sorry you didn't feel able to share any of your thoughts with us at the time of your stay. It is unfortunate that who ever designed the upper floor rooms didn't take into account the problems that a sloping ceiling would cause & as I am sure you will appeciate, to rectify this would require extensive structural work & be incredibly expensive. The coffee sachets in the bedrooms are Nescafe, which many hotels around the country use, everyone has different tastes, but I cant recall anyone ever commenting on Nescafe. All radiators in the building have thermostatic valves, so guests can achieve the desired level of warmth in their rooms, obviously if you turn them down it takes a while for the radiator to cool down. At the time of your stay we had some overseas guests who asked for the heating to be turned up, so it would have been warmer than usual, however the individual radiators can be swithched off at the valve & each room has a 3 speed fan which could have been used to create air flow, until the desired temperature was obtained. We are sorry you seemed to have so many issues and we appreciate that its a fact of life that you cannot satisfy all the people all of the time.

Stayed here for a night and found it to be nicely located. The view out of my room was nice and the staff helpful. I would definitely stay here again, there is a bar just down the road but I wandered a bit further to a Thai restaurant.

Had a room in the basement which was quite noisy and antiquated. Breakfast good and off road parking available. Staff Ok. Apparently it is popular locally but did not suit me. This hotel is within easy reach of Skipton, Hawarth and Keighley.

Thanks for your comments & review. The room was actually ground floor as it is on the same level as the car park. I am pleased you liked our Breaffast offering . We undertand everyone has different preferences and accept we will never be able to please everyone.
