My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Rooks Hill for two nights in March. It was our first visit and will not be our last. The accomodation and service cannot be faulted. It is a credit to the owner Erling and his team.

The accommodation was outstanding with 4 poster bed, the owner was really nice and made us very welcome. The breakfast they supplied was excellent too. There is a very nice pub just across the road which was very handy.

We stayed at Rooks Hill unexpectedly last Saturday (22nd October) when our Air B&B fell through at the last minute (5pm!) In desperation we called around a few local hotels but all were booked. We were overjoyed when we got through to Erling at Rooks Hill and he said they had a free room....... and WHAT a room! A beautiful...

Erling is a charming host and ensures your stay is as comfortable as possible. The house is lovely with exposed beams and tastefully decorated through out. My wife and I stayed 2 nights whilst exploring the Downs and Chichester. We were the only guests as builders were in attendance at the private quarters, and Erling our host made us very welcome from the start. Lovely, peaceful room (suite) ensured a good night's sleep and great breakfasts with interesting chats with Erling about his Danish background and...
