Food was very good and homemade chips with a sandwich, delicious! A little pricey for wines and the pricing structure a lot disjointed. For example four individual 175cl glasses of one wine cost £19.60 but a bottle would set you back £19.75?? so we lined up the glasses!!

After having been let down the white swan stepped up to the plate and delivered. Comfortable and functional room, great food and good local ale. Also great advice from the staff about the event we attended meant we weren't stuck in traffic like many thousands of others. If ever I'm back that way will definitely look to stay there again.

Booked here one month ago for a stay in 2016. Received a cancellation yesterday from booking.com whom we made the booking through. Phoned hotel direct who claimed to have no knowledge of the original booking. Phoned booking.com to complain, they advised that hotel had cancelled the booking yesterday. Obviously as the date we had booked were for a Goodwood event...

We arrived without pre-booking and took the opportunity to inspect a couple of the rooms before confirming our stay. In the end we increased our stay from 2 days to 3 because the hotel was so conveniently placed. We eat in on a couple of the nights and we were pleased with the quality of the food. Good range of...

The Hotel is situated at a very busy street with lots of cars and fast driving. The Hotel offers free Wi-Fi but it is more a good luck to get a room where you have a good Radio reception... In my room I had good luck (room no. 10) but my colleague (room no 6) had no reception! The Hotel...

However,The reception staff at check in were not at all friendly or helpful, they were extremely rude and could not find our booking and agreed price, Restaurant staff were wonderful. Breakfast was great with a lovely choice of full or continental. Would go...

Stayed for 2 nights in this friendly hotel. All staff pleasant, room clean and comfortable. Requested move to another room as 1st room window didn't open fully and it was very hot and sunny, no problem to move room, 2nd room was actually brighter and cooler so was definitely worth asking. Excellent breakfast on both mornings with a good choice...

Good facilities. Pleasant gardens, outside tables close to road but raised up so no unpleasant fumes so comfortable to sit and chat and eat. Good clean, nicely decorated rooms and bathrooms. Helpful staff. Unfortunately hard to book because they have so many weddings.

Average pub with just about average food. Seem to be London prices especially for the kids meals which had the option of chips or chips. It would have been nice yoga e a pasta option or even some healthy food. I had a very slimey steak sandwich served with a mountain of horrid chips. Husband had pulled pork which again...
