Stayed here for 4 nights and cannot praise enough. To start it is good to arrive and have a good car park. Reception very friendly and efficient and room spacious, well equipped with everything you need. We had planned to eat out some of the time, but the bar/restaurant were so good we dined in every night. The bar and...

When we arrived after a long journey we were told that the rooms were booked for fri and sat not Thursday and Friday. They sorted it and gave us two rooms but they were really tatty and not too clean. If we could have found another hotel I would have moved. It was a shame as they have started on...

Stayed here last night as needed to be in Coventry today. Lovely little hotel, very clean room with a lot of character. The young on reception was lovely on both arrival and departure. Breakfast was nice and served in lovely conservatory. We've already said if we have to come to Coventry again, we will most definitely stay here!!

We stayed for one night and found it very poor. The decorations were dated and tatty, wallpaper torn and missing in the hallway and the room we were in hadn't seen a lick of paint for many a year. Worst of all was at breakfast, where all the cutlery was dirty and even the plates felt unclean and a bit...

First impression of the room was it was fine for an overnight stay, it had all that was expected and seemed clean and comfortable. Nothing to find fault with...

We've just held our mum's 80th birthday celebrations at The Jacobean. Everything was first class. The staff were completely attentive to every detail and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious, with extra food being brought to the tables. We hired the private board room and we were able to decorate it. I would most definitely recommend this...

We hired out the restaurant area at the Jacobean Hotel for a funeral. The staff at The Jacobean were incredibly helpful in making this event memorable and sensitive to the occasion. They catered well for our party which included both young babies and relatives over 90! They also allowed us to display various memorabilia around the restaurant for guests to...

Stayed here for a weekend with my wife for the Stoneleigh Kit Car show. 1st Impressions were good. The receptionist was really friendly and explained everything to us. The room was great, just been re-done. It was very comfortable. The Wife's only complaint was there was no bath. The bathrooms are set out like a wet room, so water goes...

Good location, Impressive appearance and convenient car park. Pity that the terrace to the front of the hotel had been given over to smokers....our first impression The window of the first room offered opened onto a rubbish dump. An alternative room was quickly offered but refurbishment had not yet caught up with it. Peeling wallpaper and bathroom tiles in need...
