We booked the hotel as it was close to a family 80th birthday party. On arrival we were greeted by the very friendly John who looked after us very well. No problems at all with our rooms, clean and tidy and breakfast was freshly cooked and value for money. Thanks very much we will book again when visiting familly.

Menu offers a rubbish selection for people who need gluten free food, salmon, nachos, salad, jacket potato nachos. I chose nachos, team leader came out once everyone elses food had been served as didn't no what gluten was, so didn't know what I could eat. None of the chefs knew what gluten was so how they can state in there...

Very pleasant and friendly staff. Good sized accommodation for a short stay. The room & bathroom were clean with a decent shower! Fayre & Square restaurant so you know what you're getting. But awkward to find, as you come off the roundabout it's quite a quick left turn and follow through, large car park. Would probably stay again.

Very helpful staff when it came to event organisation, room set out as promised and John and his team on hand to help out when needed and take care of any requests both on the day and in advance. Food was very nice and well presented and contained a good spread of items.

From the point of booking to the event itself, John, Jackie and the staff made my signature birthday party all I'd hoped for and more! Function room was perfect for my family and friends with buffet food fresh, good quality and beautifully presented! John and his staff were on hand all evening to help with any small queries and to...

We were a party of 5 adults and 2 children out for a meal for a birthday treat for my husband's birthday. We had a very nice meal service by the young waitress was very attentive, pleasant. It has been taken over by Fayre and square it has lost its way a bit hopefully in the near future it will...

This was really difficult to find in the dark. It is very close to the roundabout where Rugby Road and the Eastern Bypass intersect. Difficult to see from the road but immediately behind the 'Fayre and Square' sign. On the opposite side of the road is a TGI Friday. Being so close to the roads meant that there was traffic...

Overall negative experience. Slight damp odour in the room, poor wireless convection, staff not particularly interested in resolving any issues. Would not really recommend staying there, to be honest.

We used to visit this pub all the time until it was taken over a while ago by fayre and square and it went down hill so I stopped using it. Decided to give it ago with the family after not going for over a year. Bad decision food took ages to come out and didn't really enjoy it one...

This is a nice clean budget hotel - don't expect the Hilton! The room was clean and very comfortable - a bit of traffic noise but nothing excessive. Decor is a bit dated - but as it was a room to sleep in it was fine! The receptionist - Jayne was wonderful - a real credit to the place!

Thank Iain M
