We stayed there as a family not from choice!!! The room was dirty dirty shower crap nothing for kids to do could never get to kitchen always taken over from people that don't speak English says have pool room dinner bar the rooms are full of beds and crap staff.

Worst disgusting place I've ever all information on Internet is false no wifi no wardrobe or draws no sachets of any think no shower gels or soap no kettle room filthy can't wait to get out rude staff stairs to room wouldn't let my friend help me with my cases up stairs n then they said they can't help either...

Well, where do I start? I guess it's true when they say you get what you pay for - this hotel was £20 each for 6 of us! It was absolutely awful. From the outside the building looked it was falling down and there were old, disgusting, disused beds and mattresses outside. Once inside there were 20 or so buggies...

Terrible is being kind.This is not actually a hotel. It's a doss house/half way house for the homeless and needy. Must of been 20 baby buggies lined up in a in reception room. Run down and in a very poor state. Was upgraded to 'The Norfolk' down the road. This looked ok from the frontage but still very disappointed with...

This is not a hotel at the first place, its b&b, the room is filthy dirty and the bathroom sinks I doubt was made in early 1800's, the bedding has a stain, carpet smells, even the manager treated me n my husband as a rabbish and has anger and frustraton when he speak, I strongly advise not to consider this...

absolutely foul place to stay, very rude manage complete arrogant so and so. customer service was appalling yet they think they are great. Would not recommend staying here at all. AVOID AT WHATEVER COST

It's the worst hotel in the world. I found bed bugs, damp on the walls the carpet had damp marks on them it was not nice at all I had to stay up the whole night cause it was so dirty and as soon it hit day light I was out. I would not recommend it to friends or family....

I usually stay at the Norfolk hotel. Hoever it was full last night and managed to find a small hotel further up the road. I made the booking via Laterooms and the room only cost me £22. The hotel was fine for a 1 night stay. I booked a single room, but was given a double room by the reecption...
