I was really happy with my stay at this hotel. Great customer service and very clean rooms. The room was slightly cold but warmed quick enough once temperature was turned up. Have stayed at this hotel a few times in the last two months and will definitely stay again soon.

A Clean room, efficient check in, quiet hotel and a comfortable bed. Not a lot more you can say, good value for money and would use again if in the area. Benefits from free parking. Didn't have the breakfast but others said it was very good.

No sound proof. Could hear everyone and everything thing. Bed really uncomfortable. Staining to furniture (arm chair) left the room feeling unclean. Dark rooms. Great location, spare pillows, soap provided, easy control over temp of room, black out curtains, tea and coffee provided for two. Receptionist friendly. Didn't eat there, have before and disliked it so booked over the road.

All the usual comforts of a Premier Inn, with free parking and a great location by the M5. Good restaurant on site and near to a Frankie and Bennys and a cinema. Friendly staff. Nice shower. Comfy bed.

Great location for meet up. Room On this occasion uncomfortable, although ok in previous years . Breakfast is great value for money, and the Michael bubble impersonator was great in the pufb. Frankie and bennys and bowling close by.

This Premier Inn is in a good location, we had a very quiet room, the staff are friendly and check in and out was very easy. You are able to have breakfast next door which has lots of options available.

Came here with my partner for a reunion with University friends and to visit the Christmas markets. The hotel was very clean, and the room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet which was amazing considering how full it was this close to Xmas. Would definitely stay here again.

I'm usually a fan of Premier Inn, you get what you pay for and, as long as it's clean, it's just a place to sleep. As another reviewer said the room smelt nasty and was a bit shabby. We had an interconnecting door with the next room and could hear every word that was said next door - and he...

We stayed in room 116, the room was clean and just what you expect for a Premier Inn, we have stayed in this Premier Inn many times, as the location to my parents house is vital and they only live around the corner. I have never had any trouble with sleeping here before, but on the 10th Dec when we...
