We stayed for three nights as we were visiting the Barclaycard Arena for the Davis Cup: the hotel is ideally placed as it is only 10 minutes walk to the stadium & the canal area. The Staff were cheerful & helpful & the basic cooked breakfast kept us going until the evening. Small evening dinners are offered in the breakfast...

The bedroom and bathroom was perfect. So clean, so beautifully presented and the bed was so comfortable. We had the best nights sleep. I had checked in online prior to arrival which made getting to our room even quicker. Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by reception staff, a guy by the name of Abdul who looked after...

Stayed here for one night because of attending a wedding. The hotel was a bit difficult to find. On arrival at reception we were greeted by Abdul who (despite my checking in online) had to help me operate the check in machine to get the keys to our room. Our room was on the 1st floor nearest to the stairs,...

Stayed here overnight for a theatre visit. Rooms were very comfortable. Didn't have breakfast as I find Premier Inn breakfasts very overpriced. Very very small onsite car park (about 6 spaces) so had to park in the multi-story car park along the road.

We stayed overnight here to celbrate a birthday, the hotel is a few minutes walk from Broad Street where our resturant was. The room was comfortable with all we needed, for the money it was very good value. The beds are amazing, we both slept soundly, but then came breakfast which was £9 each. In other Premier Inns we have...

Booked a few rooms on my birthday weekend, staff lied to our face and kicked out my friends cause they arrived late and the room was in my name leaving the rest of the two rooms empty! Complained and they totally lied about this. Total waste of money. To be fair the rooms were clean and modern. Just the staff...

This is a score that is relative for premier inn but appropriate because you have to make compromises to try this type of accommodation. For what they are we have usually found them consistent when they come off the pace that is very bad. We had problems with hot water television and the breakfast

Stayed here with my daughter as we were going to a concert. Excellent location for the Arena. All the sights were also within walking distance.
