My friend booked us in for afternoon tea as a joint birthday celebration. This was my first ever visit to Hotel du Vin. Absolutely stunning period building.

Stayed here for one night, it was lovely. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was really nice, the shower was amazing!
We had breakfast there, really nice with loads to choose from. I can recommend the eggs benedict.

£16.95 (£13.00 for residents) is for the fully inclusive breakfast that includes everything but you can just order what you want (porridge, toast and pastries etc and find the prices are no more than the local cafes). However, if you go for the inclusive breakfast you'll find it is possibly the best breakfast in Birmingham and included in your Bed and Breakfast rate. Help yourself to freshly squeezed orange and apple juice, breakfast pots from the country table, delicious French yogurts, a selection of fruit and your choice of hot breakfast from Arnold Bennett Omelette, Avocado and salsa on toast to our Full English or the best Eggs Benedict. Speciality teas and freshly brewed bean to cup coffees included. Hope that helps.
