Quite possibly the worst Premier Inn I've ever stayed in! The hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment/expansion and in my personal opinion it should be closed until the work is complete. Once we found our way in to the hotel through the construction work, the lady on check in was nice (as were all of the staff) although the check...

Hi there Thanks for taking the time to share your review. It's a shame to read of your disappointment, particularly due to the building works that were taking place and of the cold room and noise disturbance you experienced during your stay, I can appreciate that that wouldn't make for a relaxing stay. We'd certainly like to get this looked...

I have stayed at many Premier Inn hotels. I USUALLY like them. Sad to say this is probably far from the best. Location is good, reception service was fine. Bar area not what you'd expect. Poor selection of drinks. Room:- very smelly, disinfectant, I think, (corridor smelt the same.) Also the room was quite small, Premier Inn rooms are often...

..we had a great stay here . I've seen enough building sites in my time and in my opinion it's not the best entrance to the hotel yet I've seen worse. Pleasant and easy check in we had a room on the canal side so we never noticed anything. Sir Lenworth would have been proud to put his name to...

The hotel and the sleep were fine but the restaurant Service was not as good. I asked the waiter to check what I was ordering was gluten free and ordered the baked Camembert without the bread to start (There was no offer of gf bread) then the chicken and half rack of ribs for the main. The waiter went to...

It's sad to be less than positive and I won't criticise thingsxthat the hotel have no control over. So, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and small but tatty. Refurbishments are ongoing and the entrance was literally a building site. The price was not good value under the circumstances and the hotel should be closed during...

This hotel was booked by a friend, so once I found out where I was staying I read the recent reviews and was rather concerned by all the negative comments. Yes, there is tons of building work going on in the area 9.2 acres if the sign across the road is true and the hotel is having a massive extension...

Stayed 10th 11th 12th March.visit to Crufts dog show. hotel is under going serious rebuilding. The entrance to the reception is up a muddy uneven long path on a slope. impossible to use a wheeled suit case. No parking in the hotel and on road parking is very restricted and expensive. The Bed room was ridiculously small. The bed was two...

5 minutes from the Mailbox and centenary square and 10 minutes from grand central station and the bull ring. Comfortable bed, nice view from the window of the canal. Building work at present but no noise from outside even on a Monday morning. Didn't stay here to eat or drink as so close to surrounding places.

A ideal location, only one minute to the mail box on foot, the canal net work and shops are all close by, the parking was about 10 mins away but we picked the cheapest. The hotel is having a extension and our room was a bit tired but clean, we was aware of this and didn't bother us. We never...

Room very poor with fittings falling off and bathroom furniture loosing its protective covering leaving untreated MDF exposed. Not a typical high standard we are used to with Premier Inn. Extension in progress so had to put up with contractors at 07.30 banging and rattling around on Sunday morning
