Hotel is being extended so building works going on (until about April, we were told by reception). As a result there is no parking on site - had to use nearby pay & display...

Very central for the Symphony Hall, Library, Museum and Art Gallery. Lots of building work going on but we had a pleasant stay. Would visit again. Breakfast was of a good standard and the manager and his staff are welcoming.

We first stayed at this Premier Inn in July 2015 and returned December 2016. We were unaware that an extension was being built so there is no longer car parking available however it wasn't a problem for us as we had travelled to Birmingham by train. Check-in went smoothly, we had requested a room overlooking the canal as these are...

Upon getting to the hotel my first impression was obviously the building work that is going on and then thinking would it affect our stay, the answer is no it didn't. We were greeted at the reception desk by Tan who I must say was very friendly and...
