Nice hotel, good location close to the city centre. Plenty of free Peking spaces. Staff were friendly enough. Nice bathroom and decor. Bed was comfy. Main problem was noise levels. Could hear people walking past the room really clearly. Room itself was also quite cold. Breakfast was good. Okay for a night or two for the price.

Stayed here the weekend of 24/25 February as part of a party of Hens celebrating a forthcoming wedding. The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes from Birmingham City Centre meaning the younger ones in the group could go off for a late night to Broad Street leaving the rest of us to enjoy the hotel facilities. Check...

We are 2 couples who stayed here for one night and we were very impressed with the quality of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. A special mention to Tracey, Roberto, Daniel, Rob and the 2 lovely ladies who served our excellent breakfast. We have already planned another visit.

What a really nice hotel, great situation and no problem with parking our car, being strangers to the area we left our car there for a while caught a bus just across the road into the centre of Birmingham to have a good look at the shops. The welcome we received on checking in was a lovely one and our room,...

I have settled on this Hagley Road hotel, by far the best of the bunch in my experience, when I go to Edgbaston for cricket. Again well looked after and good value for what it is; i.e. much closer to boutique hotel standard than most of the Hagley Road hotels, but competitively priced. Have booked again for this summer and...

Stayed here for one night on business. My colleague booked it so I was a bit concerned knowing how variable the quality of hotels on the Hagley road can be, particularly those in older buildings But I was pleasantly surprised. My room was in the newer part and although an attic room, it was spotlessly clean, modernly decorated and furnished...

As a female traveling on business on my own , I research my hotels to ensure they are suitable for a comfortable and good nights sleep and the website and previous reviews all helped make my choice of this hotel. Don't be deceived ...... I was put into a room I can only describe as a newly converted store room,...

My stay was Saturday 21st January when my sister and I stayed in Birmingham for a show. My first impression of the hotel was that it was very nice, and my first floor room was quite big and nice and warm, with a wall mounted heater I could turn up and down. Everything was clean, and bed was comfortable enough...
