Stayed here for one night on business. My colleague booked it so I was a bit concerned knowing how variable the quality of hotels on the Hagley road can be, particularly those in older buildings But I was pleasantly surprised. My room was in the newer part and although an attic room, it was spotlessly clean, modernly decorated and furnished...

As a female traveling on business on my own , I research my hotels to ensure they are suitable for a comfortable and good nights sleep and the website and previous reviews all helped make my choice of this hotel. Don't be deceived ...... I was put into a room I can only describe as a newly converted store room,...

My stay was Saturday 21st January when my sister and I stayed in Birmingham for a show. My first impression of the hotel was that it was very nice, and my first floor room was quite big and nice and warm, with a wall mounted heater I could turn up and down. Everything was clean, and bed was comfortable enough...

We stayed here for a Saturday as we had dinner reservation at nearly Simpsons restaurant. From start to finish our stay was excellent. ALL staff were outstanding and couldn't have been more helpful, the receptionist even lent me her I phone charger for an hour! The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean (just a little warm but the window...

The hotel has comfortable rooms with a good shower, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer and very comfortable bed and pillows. A nice little bar and good choice for breakfast either full English, fish, or simply cereals. The...

I stay here regularly for business. Lovely rooms with nice big comfy beds and pillows. The food is nice and you can get a very nice 3 course meal for a good price as a resident. The hotel is not far from news street it bullring. Bournville is very close.

The hotel offers free parking and has good access to Birmingham city centre which is around a 10 minute drive. The staff at the hotel was friendly and breakfast was ok. The rooms are small and could do with and upgrade due to the stained carpets and squeaky floorboards, the doors are also very loud when closed.

My sister and I travelled to Birmingham to see a show at the Barclaycard arena. The Eaton hotel is about 2 miles from this venue. We stayed for one night and each of us had a double room. My room was spacious, clean and well equipped with towels, toiletries, fan, iron, ironing board, trouser press, hairdryer, TV and safe. Also,tea...
