Central location, room with a lot of space, friendly helpful staff and extremely clean and spotlsss room. No done sides to it other that people hang out a long the street which can be quite intimating but that's not the hotels fault.

I stayed here the night to see a concert nearby. I would've given this a better review except for one thing no cooked breakfast option, only "Continental". I would expect a "Continental" breakfast in a hotel on the European continent but not in my own country. I've stayed in several Travelodge's before & had a cooked breakfast no problem, why...

Thank you for your review. We are truly sorry to learn of your disappointment with the lack of a bar/cafe at our Birmingham Central Moor Street hotel. Not all of our hotels offer a bar cafe and we do offer our breakfast boxes for customers who require a breakfast in place of a cooked breakfast. We do provide such details...

I seem to have bad luck when it comes to hotel rooms; as time after time I have a nice room only to look out and see a line of air conditioning or refrigeration units. That was the case here, as although I was on an upper floor I could still here the units from the shop units next door....

Neat, clean hotel well situated for a stay in Birmingham city centre. The extra bed was only a camp bed which was not the most comfortable for a family room. The shower was good , with a powerful water flow. Wifi could only be used on one sign-in for 2 in a family room.

Located close to all Birmingham train stations, it is a convenient place to stay when travelling. My window was to street, which was a bit uncomfortable, since I couldn't really open blinds anytime and airing was accompanied by noise. Staff was very nice and welcoming, receptionists were pleasant I trust if I had any issues, they'd help me willingly. Carpet...

Hotel does everything it says on the tin with a bed and a bathroom. The bathroom was tiny, relatively clean (couple of stray hairs) and overall the hotel did it's job. No air con so on a hot night it's near impossible to get comfortable. If you are a lone person don't check in or return to the hotel too...

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Tesco express next door. Really clean tidy rooms.really comfy beds. Rooms bit too hot no air con so we opened window. City noise acceptable but people on benches outside are a bit loud some nights. 30 mins free wifi not long enough. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed 2 nights. Great location for my work, although also a gathering site for many homeless outside where all day drinking took place. Thankfully the hot weather was over because here was no air-con and on the 6th floor the window hadn't been opened so was pretty stifling nevertheless. At the end of a working day, my room hadn't...
