Everything was clean and decent, the hotel is very close to the Bullring centre, where all the shops are, it's less than 5 minutes to walk to get in the mall. If you are going for shopping it's the perfect place to stay, also the people that are working there they were very nice and helpful.

The room was refurbished but so badly nothing worked. The toilet leaked and the room smelt. The walls were like paper and you could here every other room. The reception staff shrugged when told of problems and made up some nonsense about getting the room sorted. Not much use when staying one night. I will never use travelodge again. Third...

The hotel in itself is OK, although there is no bar or restaurant, its the surrounding area that causes concern. From the car park, at nighttime, you have to run the gauntlet of hookers, drunks, aggressive beggars and litter to get into the hotel. I am a big bloke, quite confident in my ability to defend myself in most situations,...

We stayed for one night - the room was clean and warm. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location for going out in the city centre and accessing New Street station. Would happily book again, particularly at £39 for the night.

Great central location, our room was on the second floor and nice and quiet. Comfy bed, home from home. The only thing missing was a bar and a cooked breakfast, apart from that though the place was great. And overnight parking was only £6!! Bonus.

Travelodge are hit and miss depending on how old they are - luckily this was seemingly brand new - paint, pictures and fittings all in perfect condition. When we walked in to our room it smelt very clean and fresh, it was also a lovely temp considering how chilly it was outside. The staff friendly - didn't have too much...

Room was fine , everything worked and was clean/tidy. Staff were helpful as when i arrived too early they looked after my bags so i could walk around the city. Good location near the bullring/ new street. Was just a tad overpriced but i guess in return you get somewhere you can rely on.

A very clean, comfortable and conveniently located travelodge. Room was simple was adequate for an overnight stay. A good choice if not spending much time at your hotel and very easy to find by foot or taxi

Pros: Convenient central location. Cons: I found the Male Receptionist really quite rude when I was checking in - making overly personal comments. The room itself was fine regarding amenities and size but I had the most atrocious night, unable to sleep as the room was too hot. I had turned off the heater in the room but was unable...

Good location, but not the best Travelodge I've ever stayed in. Adequate but wouldn't return quickly! Lack of breakfast facilities (other than a fairly dismal 'breakfast box') was a bit of a downer. Another time I'd skip that and just go out! Staff were friendly though, and handled missing remote issue well/promptly.
