Have stayed here on a business overnight and the hotel is ok although it is being worked on at the moment. The problem here is that the pub next door is really grotty, its untidy disorganised with barely adequate pub food on offer. If you like me have spent all day travelling from meeting to meeting the last thing you...

Myself and 6 colleagues stayed at this hotel on the 24th and 25th Feb 2015 while filming a documentary for US tv about Jaguar Cars. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I have filmed in hostile environments across the world where the hotels were better!... At first glance it appears to be a very basic and...

Dear CamCrewTV, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We work diligently to ensure our facilities are well maintained and we try our hardest to provide not just good value, but comfortable, clean and friendly accommodations. It seems that we were not able to execute an exemplary hotel stay due to the room condition and ongoing construction...

Very cold room which had recently been refurbished, the staff tried to help initially then quickly got bored when the problem continued. I have 20+ people staying here during Jan/Feb every year but next year we will be moving

Hotel itself was faultless. Very clean tidy and staff friendly. Only downside was the 'free wifi available in all areas' , could not get wifi in our rooms, kept getting error messages. We are returning in May so hopefully it'll be sorted.

I had a very confortable stay. The breakfast was superb. Location is an issue if you want to use public transport, I had to use a taxi which was expensive to go to the Ramada in Sutton Coldfield. My 8 year old daughter enjoyed herself thoroughly as well. The staff was very friendly eventhough we were a bunch of hijab's...

I am very sad to say that based upon a working life spanning 20 years staying away on a very regular basis, this is without question of doubt the worst ever hotel. My room was cold (far too cold to sleep) due to a window casement defect which was obviously known by the management as portable heating additional to the...

I thought I had booked a Holiday Inn but it is now an independant hotel. I had a very noisy room overlooking the M6 and the worlds slowest WIFI. On checkin I was told that I was put in a "good" room with strong WIFI. This was either a lie, or everyone else had it even worse! The hotel does...

A mixed group of 8 of us stayed here while down in the Midlands for a party. Excellent friendly staff at check in and out. Lovely big rooms, clean and bright. No frills but absolutely bang on for our needs. Lovely lady on the bar/reception desk when we got back late. All members of our party were happy with the...

We stayed here on a quiet Sunday on our way through Birmingham- it 'used' to be a Holiday Inn but any traces of that are long gone. The walls were as thin as the sheets, the mattress old and the atmosphere was zero. We heard a constant alarm bell from the next (vacant) room from 7am and the TV was...
