Booked Iron Maiden tickets, so booked this hotel months in advance of our stay. Location great for arena and city bars and car parks. Staff very helpful, welcoming and rooms were up to standard. Slap bang in the city - so lots of choice of bars, food outlets and shops.

Great value hotel when you want to stay in the heart of Birmingham. Very friendly staff. Attended concert at Barclaycard area and his hotel just across from this venue. Would stay here again next time we visit Birmingham

stayed here for a night out in Brum, excellent location and helpful staff. quite quiet really for being on Broad Street. cheap too, would stay here again. room was big and bed comfortable. plenty to do around and Barclaycard Arena literally 5mins away.

Stayed here as going to a show at the Barclaycard Arena. The checkin was simple and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The room was typical Travelodge, large and bright, clean and simple, but more than adequate for under £30! Yes there was some road noise even on the 6th floor but it didn't detract from a good nights sleep....

The room is great, apart from the very slippery shower/bath, my gripe is the noise from outside, the double glazing does not keep any noise out at all, constant shouting , car horns, and 3.30am wetherspoons opposite decided to empty hundreds of bottles into the bins.

I do like to stay there because the Location is perfect to explore all the attractions of the City. Within a Walking distance is the Library, Museums and the ICE and not to forget the canal! The New Street Station is nearby, so it`s easy to get to the Hotel.

I've stayed in many Travelodge hotels over the years and this was by far the one friendliest staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they all had a smile and said hello. A small thing but it adds to the overall customer service even for a budget hotel. I've stayed in 5* hotels with bad staff and it brings the...

The 24/7 reception team is always keen to help and answer questions. They appreciated we need a good night sleep on a business trip and change our rooms to a higher floor which is a quiet floor. The room is clean and spacious. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you.

Good location. No parking though but Car park close by. Friendly staff throughout hotel. Very modern feel. Rooms typical of Travelodge . Basic but ok. No iron/ironing board in room but Tea/Coffee making facilities. Tiny bath fit for Dwarfs only. If like me you are over 6ft it's useless. I have used this hotel before and will continue to for...

The hotel location is very convenient to restaurants and bars. Very good for tranport as well. The hotel is staffed with friendly and helpful employees we met during our stay. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing to improve is the sound proofing specially if you are sensitive to noises ( as you can hear the music) from...
