This hotel is close to Broad Street but not so close to be intrusive. Rooms were clean and comfortable Breakfast was excellent with loads of choice. Dinner was great too. All staff were helpful and friendly Would definitely stay again

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 5 December 2016

The Hilton Garden Inn at Brindley Place is in an excellent location. Although close to Broad Street it is in a quiet location and right in Brindley Place by the canals with a great selection of bars and restaurants and just a 3 minute walk to the Barclaycard Arena. It has it's own car park but if that is full...

Nothing terrible, just that work was paying so I splashed out on a queen de luxe room which I was looking forward to and it was not special in any way, quite small, no bath tub, very bland average-sized room and no personality. I also had a poor night's sleep, the bed and pillow got very warm, however I did...

Clean & modern hotel in the city centre, friendly staff with good knowledge. Only dropped one star off because the food (sirloin steak) wasn't the best, asked for medium, was much closer to well done not a jot of pinkness in the middle and it was thin and a little dry, other than that didn't taste to bad had a...

A mid week bolt hole for a concert at the Barclaycard Arena. Having previous experience of getting away from the venue by car. You are obviously paying mid week rate, in the growing new heart of commercial Brum. The room was clean, bed hard, linen nice standard, otherwise highly unremarkable. No bottled water or biscuits which seem a basic these days....

The hotel's location is perfect for the ICC, Symphony Hall and Barclaycard Arena. The room was slightly compact but it worked and was clean and bright. The shower was a reasonable size space and had a powerful flow. The wall mounted TV was fairly large and of good quality. The breakfast was ample and fresh despite the current refurbishment activities....

Ideally situated for the convention centre, well equipped rooms with all the modern conveniences, however the front of house staff need training in customer service, they avoid eye contact and talk amongst themselves when booking guests in, not a good way to welcome the travelling public.also check on refurbishments, if they are refurshing then avoid , value for money, no, greatly...

Nice place and good location but the bed had the same softness as the floor. Actually woke up with what felt as a compressed chest. Breakfast was good quality but very sparse. Nice personal and good service though.

Thank you for your recent review. I am sorry if you fond our Sertia beds to be a little hard, we usually get such great feedback about the sleep experience, the hotel does hold Mattress toppers for those Guests that enjoy a softer mattress. Great you found the service to be personal and I do hope we will be welcoming...

Location, location, location! The hotel is located right in the middle of the action and that, for me, was the selling point. In general, everything was good, the room, sleep quality. Staff could be a bit more engaging and helpful.
