I stayed here with my boyfriend during a UK music tour and had to change rooms. We booked it as a convenient stop-over for a good price, but soon realised the reasons for its good price. The room was filthy. I pulled back the bed sheets to find two patches of incriminating stains. Aghast, I inspected the rest of the... More

Poor quality of service from staff on arrival, plus blood stained bed linen and a filthy bathroom. I didn't receive a response to the complaint form that I filled in when we left, but I eventually received a response to my email's in which the Hotel claims that the stains in the bed linen were not blood, despite providing them... Had a queen suite I think it was.. parent booked the room so I'm not completely sure. It had nice decor and I love red so it totally worked for me did have a situation where the key/card didn't work and we explained that we didn't have it by a mobile or card but we did get a bit of... More

The hotel is run down, rooms weren't thoroughly clean, there was dust in most places, fridge in room was broken. Very noisey and unprofessional cleaning staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, couldn't wait to leave.

Reception room pleasant, staff okay, corridors need serious update as very shabby. Rooms were okay but smelt a little foisty when first went in, people across the hall were smoking cannabis in rooms and shouting in the hallways at 1am so sleep quality was disturbed! Busy hotel as they had a large bangra award ceremony held that evening which we... More

We stayed here for two nights to attend the Christmas gift fair and have a couple of nights away before a new arrival in December. On arrival car parking is around the back in a pot holed car park although admittedly this is free of charge. Reception is clean and tidy and we were served immediately. We stayed in room... More

Was really dreading my pre-booked stay here after reading reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable bed, plenty of storage and modern bathroom. Large wardrobe with small fridge and safe inside. Yes, there was a party in the room opposite, but after complaining to reception they immediately came and warned them to turn music down. Looking round... More

Very poor hotel. Was once a recommended place. Rooms don't look like the pics on the Web site at all. Wallpaper pealing at the heater. Bed was lopsided and broken and TV turned to static after 15 or 20 minutes then had to switch off at the plug and wait 10 min to get a good picture. This was bearable... More

This building should be closed down. You can't even call it a hotel! We came here for a family get away to celebrate a Birthday! Spent the first day away finding another hotel that had rooms available at such short notice for us all. The pictures on the site they use to advertise are lying to you! The hotel looks... More

AVOID!!! This hotel should be shut down, the rooms are nothing like advertised on their web site. Reception area doesn't look to bad, when walking to our room the hairs stood up on my arms, carpet on stair was filthy, we'd booked 3 rooms, wall paper coming off wall, curtains hanging off rail, dirty carpet, hairs in the bathroom, smelly...
