The plus points for the hotel are it is in a good location for the NEC and the Genting Arena: a few minutes walk from each. It is set back in a small wooded area so you feel away from the hustle and bustle of the NEC. I had a twin room. There was a bit of a queue when...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 27 February 2017 via mobile

Stayed 2 nights to attend a show at the NEC, really could not be more convenient, had an executive room with lounge access which was very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent with the friendly staff working really hard. Check in and out was a dream. Wifi was very fast and reliable, the lounge was well stocked and comfortable.

Arrived at the hotel with ample parking and checked into a queen room. The check in went smoothly but there was an issue with parking fees which were an error on my companies part - the hotel dealt with it very efficiently and sorted the problem within 10 minutes. The public areas are very modern and roomy, a large open...

I know this outlet is in the lobby of the Hilton, and maybe I would not object to paying a small premium for that ....... but £10 for two medium paper cups of hot chocolate is a total joke. One of us did have marshmallows, which added 50p to the price, but £10!! Really! A medium hot chocolate in my...

We had a room on the second floor, which happened not to have much of a view (no big deal, wasn't planning to stay in the room much anyway). Our room had two single beds which was as expected and fit our needs. The bar downstairs is voluminous, though I suspect it is only well trafficed when there is a...

Very expensive accommodation, food and drink at a very average hotel with mixed quality staff. Vegetarian offerings were probably the worst I have ever tasted. On the plus side, two of 3 problems I had to report to hotel staff were resolved quickly and the bed was comfy! I appreciate holding large events/conferences are always going to be tricky but...

Came here for a work conference. The venue was good, easy to get to from the station thanks to a regular shuttle bus service. What was a bit frustrating was that our function room was on one side of the hotel, but the suite they assigned for us having to catch up on work was on the other, quite a...

This hotel is an insult to travelers and a disgrace to the Hilton chain. Endless check-in lines, old rooms with dusty carpets and awkward bathrooms, slow lifts, and a so so breakfast. Ah, and priced well above its class.

I completely messed up our valet parking and hotel booking and had to wait 40 in the freezing cold for shuttle to hotel. Basically it wasn't running as the holiday inn bus stopped 3 times then our driver said the Rd was closed doe to an accident. However, on finally arriving, having lost my sense of humour, the staff were...
