My partner and I stayed at Greswolde Park Hotel yesterday as we were attending a concert, thankfully we were only there for one night. Upon arriving at the hotel we found that first of all, the security wasn't great. The door was on the latch and so was the inner door (that just so happens to be the door that...

Booked in for one night, got the room for £25 and you get what you pay for. The room was clean but a little run down. Staff that I did interact with were friendly and polite. Close to shops and places to eat if you don't want to eat in the restaurant downstairs. I had two large suitcases and up...

Booked to stay here for 2 nights, on arrival I asked to see the room and I'm glad I did. The divan base was full of heavy yellow and brown stains. Lost one nights money as was refused a refund. This place has a restaurant underneath and if this is the standard in the rooms , I certainly wouldn't trust...

I booked two nights for work but had to leave due to an emergency. The room was disgusting and when I asked about a possiblw refund on the second night seeing as I didn't stay even the one the owner said no. Absolutely disgraceful and petty. Awful place.

I will start with a positive . I have read really good reviews about the restaurant . Thats it . First off this place is a nightmare to find. There is no proper signage outside letting you know you have arrived. No main reception once we have found the place. It is more of a restaurant with a very run...

I paid a b & b website to book this room so when I saw I was going to a hotel my hope got up. Folks this is a contractors hotel. Nothing more or less. Very basic, no breakfast and my experience was that the room had been recently vacated by someone else who left their towels lying around!! Definitely...

My friends and I stayed for one night. Ok, yes it's cheap but please have some standards. The entrance is via the restaurant, which looks lovely, but there is no reception, no access to the restaurant for breakfast. The room was cold and shabby. The windows had a gale force wind blowing through them, the beds were being on a...
