I cannot begin to describe this "hotel" - it smelt as soon as you walk in - there's flys flying round the hall ways! The lift didn't work also has some sort of body fluid dried on the lift wall!! The room was an absolute dive I wouldn't recommend a rat to accommodate that room! There was no light in...

Stayed here on Tuesday and it was an absolute dump. Light fittings hanging off the ceiling, toilet never flushed, toilet seat broken, bath panel broke, shower dribbled, sink water pressure dribbled. when i woke up in the morning i could have been lying on the pavement the traffic noise was so loud. I new it would be a s--t hole...

I would like to make it clear, I don't mind going cheap and cheerful, but this hotel is dirty and dangerous. It stinks of smoke and I would not eat there under any circumstances. There are a lot of what seems like, "long term residents". mostly single men. I have the suspicion that this is also being used as a...

Disgusting excuse for a hotel! Room had not been cleaned, what wallpaper there was was hanging from the walls, stained carpets, nets and curtains dirty and hanging down. Shocking, luckily was given a refund and booked into a lovely place down the road for the same price. Do Not Stay There!!!!

When we arrived, the woman at reception refused to serve us until she had finished her text messaging. On our way to the room, the smell varied from weed to urine. The room next to ours had the strongest smell of pot I've ever smelt. The room had cigarette burns everywhere and clingfilm taped over the smoke alarm, the toilet...

My first visit in Birmingham and wanted a hotel near most available activities. I Booked the hotel for 7 days and only stayed one night. I did not get my money back which they can keep to do something to that place. The staffs were horrible, they were rude and did not care when I informed them that the coffee...

Luckily enough I was travelling on my own, if I had my wife and kids with me I certainly would not have stayed in this hotel. As others have said it is in need of repair. They could really do with modernising it. The bathroom was fairly disgusting, panels on the bath were broken and I couldn't bring myself to...
