Super room - booked as a treat for a weekend away. Had a Regency Club room and was very well looked after in the Club Lounge by attentive and polite staff. Everyone was charming and the spa area and pool were a wonderful bonus. Have already booked for another stay in just 10 days time - this place is a...

Very cordial n friendly staff, but for car parking facility my stay was exotic. The internal connection to the venue was very convenient for me to interact with family while attending the conferences in the convention centre.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. Staff are pleasant & helpful. Our room was very comfortable with views over the canal. We have stayed here before and felt we had to come back as it is so relaxing.

Hyatt Regency is really good place to stay when you visit Birmingham. It is located close to main railway station (taxi ride needed) and various good restaurants in city centrum. Hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, silent and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty English breakfast. Definitely stay again if visit Birmingham again!

Firstly when you walk in its not clear at all where reception is and we has to ask a member of staff. Check in was ok, but nothing was...

I don't know what I was expecting from a well established 4 star hotel in the second city, but it was probably more than I got. Don't get me wrong, it was nice, the room clean and the staff pleasant.......it just wasn't special. We stayed on the 15th floor and had views over the canal and Broad Street. The room...

The hotel is extremely close to the Sympony Hall and within a few minutes walk to the canal and restaurants. The room was clean and provided all the toiletries I needed for my stay. BUT the room was freezing - the room temperature was set to 14 degrees, I turned it right up but the room did not warm up....
