It's really hard to find anything positive to say. My central heating and electricity failed at home in the middle of winter and I needed a warm place to stay. It's dirty, dated, I complained about my room and was moved to another one which was just as bad but in a whole new and different way. It's so revolting...

Stayed here for two nights while working away. The room was quite large, clean and was en suite. As far as budget hotels go this is pretty good for the money. The hotel also has an English/Indian restaurant on the premises which is good and reasonably priced. There is a nice bar with comfy seats and large TV's which had...

I stayed here for just one night for convenience. The room was adequate for my needs and the bed was really comfortable. I overslept and didn't have time for breakfast. 😸 The customer service was good and welcoming. One note on a commercial aspect. I think the decor needs some attention. The impression is that it looks tired and in...

Used the hotel to attend a do on the premises. It's feeling a little tired as none of the last two owners have bestowed any TLC on the place. My room was baltic until the young man from reception sorted out the heater. Shower was a little trickling rather than powerful. The bathroom was a pretty tired also. The bed...

Booked at the last minute. Price cheap. No toilet roll holder. Room was OK. Bedding was clean. Whole place a bit in need of TLC. Restaurant food was OK but waiter needs proper training on serving food. He didn't know what certain dishes were. Couldn't recommend any dishes. Bill was on a scrap of paper torn out of a note...

Booked a budget weekend and was not expecting 5 star hotel but at least some basic human comfort. From the moment you arrive in the car park, you realise your mistake. Just look at the windows of the guest rooms and see the slum first hand. The filthy grey torn and badly hung curtains on all windows is enough to...

I paid less than £50 for a twin room on the first floor including breakfasts for my wife and me. Our car was parked safely and for free there is 24 hr desk help if required. The bed was comfortable, the linen clean and the washing, bath, kettle were all clean and worked perfectly there was free t-bags and coffee...

This is probably not the nicest place I've stayed... It smells very odd... Like a wet dog?! Also they have a great size TV... That doesn't get a reception! I asked the staff and apparently its a hotel wide issue, waiting for aerial to be repaired! It is quite tired and dated but it is cheap and the beds are...

This hotel should be avoided at all cost, unless desperate! Staff unhelpful. Key card wouldn't work. No Wi-Fi, although advertised. No toiletries or hairdryer. Television inaudible. Vibrated and was told a book on the top might help. Was told we could move to another room and then told hotel was fully booked, so couldn't. Moved twin beds together and literally...
