I'm not normally one to complain especially about premier inns but this one was terrible. As we were checking around the room we opened the bathroom door and we were stuck by the smell of wee. Noise from the air conditioning units out the back kept me awake. And the noise from the rooms aircon was even worse bumps and...

Stayed over on a Sunday Evening as we were visiting the theatre. Was told at reception that the bar would be open until 11.00pm. Returned to the hotel so that we could relax and have a nightcap away from the bustle of the plenty local bars.Got back around 10.20pm, the bar was fully lit with televisions screens on. I waited...

The missus and I stayed here one Friday night while down for a gig. I went along with the on-line check-in process when prompted to do so by e-mail, although couldn't envisage the benefits. On arrival at the hotel we were directed to a touchscreen. We entered our surname and the room cards dropped into the pocket below. And that...

We really liked our stay at this hotel, good nights sleep and easily accessible to New Street Grand Central station as well as city centre shopping. We would recommend this hotel location for all party types, for a short leisure break or business.

Picked this hotel as close to meeting point for business event. Very convenient location for city centre venues and station but tucked away in quiet street opposite cathedral. Very comfortable, clean room and friendly, helpful staff.

Great location in the city centre next to the cathedral. Just a few minutes walk from the train station and about ten minutes from Broad Street. Comfy beds as is the norm for Premier Inns. Bar closed very early on the Saturday night. Only two bath towels and one hand towel in the room which seemed a little stingy for...

We spent two nights at the Premier Inn on Waterloo Street and found it a perfect spot from which to visit all the central Birmingham sights. The Livery Street car park was not too far away to park our car just across from the Cathedral but equally well we could have travelled by train to New Street Station only a...

Stayed overnight whilst attending a recital at Symphony Hall which is a short walk away. Very helpful staff on arrival and efficient check in having previously checked in online. Very comfortable family room for three overlooking the Cathedral. Stayed in a quiet zone which lived up to its name! Would recommend, more substance over style, great location if not exactly...

Brilliant location and spotless comfortable room. There were problems checking in as their system went down but they sent people to their bar with complementary drinks. Our only gripe was that the plumbing rattled away periodically in the night. But other than that it was a great stay.

Great view, overlooking the cathedral. Modern room, lovely restaurant, great breakfast. Minimal noise from outside or other rooms, I was in a designated quiet area. Easy to find, very near New Street station
