We stayed for 4 nights and had an excellent stay. We had a minor problem with our room but this was resolved very rapidly. Breakfast was very good and Bruna supplied our specific requests eg Soya Milk. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom newly installed and functioning well. There was adequate off street parking available for all the guests....

This is a b &ab rather than a hotel. The location is good as it is within walking distance of town. There is off street parking. My room was in need of an overhaul and more power points although it had a modern bathroom. The owners are pleasant and breakfast was ok

We stayed here for one night. The bed was very comfy and the room quiet in the night. You could however hear others moving around up and down the stairs although this wasn't overly noisey. The room was clean and we got a good nights sleep, landlady was friendly and helpful, not really much else to say. We didn't try...

We booked through booking.com as the rating was 8.5 but after staying here not sure how anyone could rate this any more than 5 out of 10 or 2 out of 5 using trip advisor ratings. The hotel badly needs doing up its very dated and tired in places. Our room was tatty with wallpaper peeling off and an electric...

We wanted to visit water wick overnight, so just wanted somewhere near town to sleep. I found the place on a cheapo last minute deal so wasn't too fussed (as long as it was clean) A fab early checkin meant we could go dump the car there first. Parking is around the back so I did need to knock first...

I've been staying here regular for over 4 years for 1 or 2 days per week, Bruna and her family are always welcoming and I doubt you would find a friendly place in Warwick. There are other regulars that also wouldn't go anywhere else.. The rooms are comfortable and clean and cater for all needs.. The breakfast is great, freshly...

I stayed here for the national bowls championships last year (sorry for the late review guys). I met a wonderful owner and her family who could not do enough to help, absolutely amazing experience and highly recommended. Quiet location, pleasant rooms and excellent breakfasts, all served by an ex Italian rugby World Cup try scorer against the All Blacks. Nothing...
