A quick stopover for me- the room was clean and tidy, the bed comfortable, and staff great! Breakfast was good and would like to go back as they will accept dogs so can ctop over and explore with the pooch in tow!

From the minute I got to this B&B I was pleased I booked it. I arrived on the Friday later than I thought - got checked in straight away and shown to the room. Having worked 7 years in a 4* hotel I was already impressed. Got to my room (room 4,) and was a bit taken aback - a...

Booked two rooms at the Black Horse Inn whilst we made a visit to nearby Warwick Castle. First of all, the parking is totally inadequate for the pub and B&B itself. The carpark was completely full and surrounding streets are all permit holders only, so we had to temporarily park in a nearby supermarket until we could clarify excactly where...

This accommodation was ok but only for a stopover. Our room no 2 in the main building was very small and the loo and shower were very cramped. The beds were ok at least we slept well but that may be because we were shattered! We found the staff very helpful and cheery . After a long day on the...

I stayed here for one night and don't think I could of stayed any longer. The room absolutely stank of smoke, and the bathroom smelt even worse! My clothes absolutely stank of it when I left (not ideal as I was going to an interview!). The room was on the ground floor right next to the 'beer garden' so I...

Would not stay here again. Room needed updating. There was mould in shower. Curtains were tatty and we had ants crawling about on shelves. Breakfast was quite good but the bar area needed a good dusting. Staff were ok but didn't feel as though they would have put them selves out in any way.

Where do I start ? Well, in no particular order of awfulness: - the room stank of tobacco smoke, even though I had specified a non-smoking room - from time to time there was a strong smell of sewerage in the room n.b. because of this and the smell of smoke I had to sleep with the window open and...

We were staying in the Kings Head just across the road and decided on a change of scenery and for a quiet drink on a Saturday evening. The bar has a pool table and is quite clearly a locals pub. At the back end of the bar where we sat it was a little quieter. Despite a sign on the...
