Booked this guest house, as we were visiting Stratford Upon Avon for the weekend. It was a great location and only 10 minutes walk into the town. When we arrived the owner, Morris, greeted us by name and was very polite. He showed us to our en-suite double room, it was spotlessly clean, light and airy and looked very comfortable....

Once again a lovely couple of days at Morris's hotel. As before, we were made to feel so welcome. We were given a bottle of Prosecco for our Wedding Anniversary and as we were leaving he came to the door to say goodbye. We will be going again next time we are going to Stratford

Morris was a wonderful host . The room was big compared to our room in a hotel in London . The double bed was comfortable and the bathroom immaculate ! The breakfast was huge and delicious . We stayed four nights and cycled they the Cotswolds! We could walk to all the local restaurants ! Excellent choice !

Great location to walk into Stratford-upon-Avon. The owner Morris is extremely welcoming and helpful. Our room was small but all we needed for one night. Everything was clean and tidy. Would recommend for a small visit.
