Dear H6410QMpeters, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you found our menu limited when it comes to vegetarian choices. We update our menu to reflect seasonal changes, emphasising on quality, not quantity, but it is certainly something we can look into. Still, I am glad that your repeated visits are still as enjoyable as ever. We look...

Throughout our stay the staff were all excellent - very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious both at breakfast and at dinner. Everything was very reasonably priced, and we fully indulged! Our room was cosy (if a little small), but was fine for our stay. The hotel location is very central, but you have to work your way around...

Visited the hotel for 1 night. 2 nights before arrival we receive a call from the hotel to check we will be arriving. Checked in and left bags in left luggage room, as room not ready. No problem as we were early. Receptionist very friendly, even though reception was busy, 3 lots of people waiting. We returned later and room...

Dear 291Michelleb, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your stay with us is not as perfect as it could have been. The White Swan Hotel is located close enough to the centre for all the amenities but far enough for the piece and quiet. We stayed for one night at this delightful hotel, and would willingly have stayed longer. It was tastefully decorated, respecting its wonderful history but with every modern comfort in mind. We had a superior room which was large, beautifully decorated and made use of the unusual shape of the building to include an interesting ante-room and luxurious bathroom. The staff...
